Hi, my name is Kim and Im so glad you are here. I am a wife of over 30 years, a mother of 3 boys, 1 girl and a GiGi to All boys, 7 to be exact:)  We moved from California to Idaho in 2022 and we absolutely love it!

I started doing my own acrylic nails in my early 20’s to save money. It was my time for just me and I loved the outcome.  I continued every 2 weeks until 2019 when my autoimmune disease caused it to be too painful.  I knew I needed to find an alternative to have beautiful nails and not have to go to the salon.  Dip powder made it easy enough to do without pain, but I wasn’t happy with the colors, and textures.  I started adjusting colors and adding glitter and shimmers to my liking.  I started experimenting with different ratios and ingredients and created Galway Girl, my first marble.

In February 2021, I started my breast cancer journey.  Making new dips and being creative was my outlet and made the wait times between tests and results bearable.  Two months later, I opened GiGi’s and I have loved every moment. Through all of the surgeries and now the complications.  I’m thankful to all of you for helping me continue to create my unique dips and supporting me and my small business!
